Mood Barometer:
Starting Mid-October

More than 500,000 Group employees can take part in the survey.

The Group-wide mood barometer is now in its tenth round: from October 15 to November 11, all Volkswagen employees will have the opportunity to take part in the survey.

The mood barometer is a good occasion to take stock of the current feeling of upheaval within the Group. It gives employees the opportunity to express their opinions and contribute their own ideas for change. The proposals are then discussed together with managers in the teams in order to develop and implement specific solutions. "We need feedback from the staff to avoid making the same mistakes we’ve made in the past again in the future," says Chief Human Resources Officer Gunnar Kilian, adding, "Every voice counts."

There are now more than 500,000 eligible participants from 150 companies worldwide, including all 12 brands of the Volkswagen Group.

"The mood barometer is a Group-wide model of success for transparency and continuous improvement. With this tool, all employees will have the opportunity to help shape a new chapter at Volkswagen every year. It’s up to you!" stresses Kilian.

How you can lend your voice!

Employees can participate at www.stibam.de. How, exactly? On the homepage, choose between logging in with your PKI card or access via user ID and password – this is the first step. Then fill out the questionnaire and tell the company how you’re feeling. Detailed information can be found on the Mood Barometer team’s Group Connect page and in the methodology kit at www.stibam.de. The survey period will run from October 15 to November 11, 2018.
